About Taller Than Trees:
An outdoor learning provision for children and adults based in private woodland near Mylor, Falmouth. Led by a team of professionals, with varied skillset and experience, attendees will learn resilience, focus on task and new creative ways to be self sufficient in nature.
We are helping to pass on the knowledge and wisdom of our Elders and play a key point in and individual's development.
We offer, Saturday morning sessions, parties, holiday camps, 1:1 sessions,
adult sessions, and staff/corporate days. Get in touch for more info.
We are part of Nature Room CIC and through our work together, we offer woodland based therapy with our resident experts, as private sessions or guided workshops.
Learning Programs
Resilience Building
Our woodland programs focus on building resilience in children, teaching them to adapt and thrive in outdoor environments. We use engaging activities to promote mental and emotional strength.
Bushcraft Skills
We specialize in teaching children bushcraft skills, ensuring they learn essential techniques for survival and self-sufficiency in nature. Our instructors emphasize practical learning and creative problem-solving.
Nature Connection
Connecting children with nature is at the core of our programs. We guide them in understanding the natural world, fostering a deep appreciation for the environment and promoting sustainable practices.
We are pleased to offer the NOLA (National Outdoor Learning Award) for children & adults who wish to track their progress and skills. This will be discussed with you at enquiry stage.
